Tom is the principal consultant of ObsidianATG, LLC. He brings a 15+ year track record of leading significant business growth by driving ecommerce in the consumer product industry, contributing to the successful sale of a business division at Resideo Technologies, Inc. 

 

During his tenure at Jarden Corporation and Newell Brands, Tom spearheaded the development of digital technology and transformation strategies. He successfully oversaw mobile optimization and brand digitalization projects, demonstrating a knack for building high-performing teams and adept negotiation skills. His efforts resulted in exponential account growth, increased market and online brand share, and the establishment of market leadership positions. Notably, Tom's sustainability initiatives yielded multiple awards, particularly for his team's transformative work in product packaging and resource conservation

Kevin serves as the Chief Operating Officer at ObsidianATG with 15 years of experience in Marketing and Sales leadership for Fortune 500 brands down to technology startups. Kevin has been integral in product and retail strategy for global CPG companies such as Jarden Corporation, Newell Brands, and Diethelm Keller Brands, with $75M in direct growth attributed to his contribution. 

 

Kevin has five years of experience in the technology segment and holds certifications in "Blockchain Strategy & Application" from the University of Oxford and "AI for Business" from UPenn. Kevin focuses on helping clients simplify technology into digestible terms and install reliable strategies that scale sales growth.
